1. What you are purchasing

When you pay for access to an ExamEdge course, you are purchasing a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access the study materials for that course on up to 2 personal devices. Access is for your personal use only.

2. Account sharing is not permitted

Each account is for one student only. Sharing your login credentials with another person is a violation of these terms and may result in your access being revoked without refund. We enforce a 2-device limit per account to detect and deter sharing.

3. Payments and refunds

Payments are currently processed manually via M-Pesa. Once access has been granted to your account, we do not offer refunds. If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing content you have paid for, contact us via WhatsApp and we will resolve it promptly.

4. Content accuracy

ExamEdge study materials are prepared to the best of our ability to help you prepare for your exams. However, we make no guarantee that prediction questions will appear verbatim in your examination. Use these materials as a study aid alongside your own preparation.

5. Intellectual property

All study materials, summaries, prediction questions, and model answers on ExamEdge are the intellectual property of ExamEdge. You may not copy, distribute, resell, or reproduce any content from this platform without written permission.

6. Account termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to any account that violates these terms, including but not limited to sharing account credentials.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya.
