1. What we collect

When you create an account, we collect your name and email address. When you use the platform, we store which courses you have access to and which device tokens are associated with your account (for the 2-device limit). We do not collect payment information — payments are handled directly between you and ExamEdge via WhatsApp/M-Pesa.

2. How we use your data

Your data is used solely to provide you with access to your purchased exam preparation materials. We do not sell, share, or transfer your personal data to any third party for marketing purposes.

3. Data storage

Your data is stored on Supabase infrastructure. We take reasonable technical precautions to protect it from unauthorised access.

4. Your rights (Kenya Data Protection Act 2019)

Under the Kenya Data Protection Act 2019, you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, request correction of inaccurate data, and request deletion of your account and associated data. To exercise any of these rights, contact us via WhatsApp.

5. Device tracking

We store up to 2 device identifiers per account to enforce our account-sharing policy. These are anonymous tokens stored in your browser and do not contain personal information.

6. Cookies

We use session cookies to keep you logged in. We do not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels.
